Air Melted Super Alloys
During the production of air-melted superalloys, two pouring stations receive moulds from a fully autonomous metal mould casting machine. It ensures strict chemical control during the heat by halving the total pouring times with two stations. Utilizing coated metal moulds, guarantee the bar stock’s surface finish.
With the help of a variety of air induction melting furnaces, our air melt facilities can provide customers a wide range of yield weights. A wide variety of iron, nickel, and cobalt-based alloys can be produced on demand, either to the exact specifications of the customer or to standards that are widely accepted around the world.
